First thing I’d say is the setup your profile here so it contains all your information so folks can get to you when they want to. Another thing would be to set-up your Gravatar.com account for the email address you used during your sign-up, so your face pops up instead of the G.

Once you’re done with that stuff, visit your dash and start having a look through the available themes. We’ve got some quick-start themes and many of the world’s best frameworks to choose from like Headway and Catalyst. The frameworks can be a lot harder to work with, but they allow for tons of customization.
