Biography

EXIT Towne & Country Realty is more than just a real estate brokerage. We are a team of Real Estate Professionals who work hard to help our clients meet their real estate needs. We are dedicated to providing first class service, marketing, & results. Client satisfaction is our top priority.

Started in 2003, EXIT Towne & Country Realty opened its doors in Newton, NJ. After several very successful years, EXIT’s owner, Jeff Lobb decided to accept a corporate position with EXIT Realty International and in 2009, under new owner Tiffany Kjellander, EXITtowne found the perfect spot to call home in Augusta. Nestled in between the NJ State Trooper Barracks and the Augusta US Post Office on Route 206, EXITtowne’s location is nearly the center of Sussex County. Servicing all of Sussex, Morris, & Warren Counties, and parts beyond, EXITtowne is home to a group of Real Estate Professionals dedicated to providing a superior customer experience. We love what we do.

Tiffany is the owner of a growing real estate brokerage in Northwest NJ. She’s responsible for the brokerage’s day-to-day operations as well as the technology, training, and marketing strategies. Under her leadership, the brokerage’s production level has grown nearly 20% since she assumed ownership in 2009. Tiffany runs the brokerage as an extention of her family & believes that nuturing agents–while providing training, tools, & mobile technology to keep them productively working in the field–will allow agents to better serve clients.

Tiffany has a B.F.A from NYU. She is a member of Zillow’s Agent Advisory Board, The National Association of Realtors, the Education Committee of her local board, & she just finished a 3yr presidency for the Hampton Township Educational Foundation.

She & husband, Jeff Lobb, VP of Technology & Innovation for EXIT Realty Corp Intl, are raising six children–Lily, Joseph, James, Greyson, Cooper, & Oak. That keeps them plenty busy. 🙂
